Website Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 15, 2026.
This notice describes lasosmc.com, including its English and Spanish pages. It explains the website’s hosting, analytics, interest-form link, and ways to contact LASO about privacy.
SMC privacy information
LASO is a student organization at Spartanburg Methodist College. The college publishes its own privacy information. We link to it as a related institutional resource; this notice describes the separate setup of lasosmc.com.
Hosting and website analytics
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection and security information to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and website performance; Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics.
Other Cloudflare security features may use cookies depending on the active settings. External services have their own privacy practices.
The LASO interest form and email
The LASO interest form opens on Google Forms rather than submitting information through this website. It lets you express interest in LASO. The current LASO president can access the responses. Read the questions and any notices shown on the form before submitting.
For questions about a response, how it is used, how long it is kept, or a request to correct or remove it, contact LASO using the email below. If you email LASO, your message is delivered through the email service rather than stored by this static website.
Photographs, profiles, and external links
The site publishes event photographs, news, and member profiles. Contact LASO if you have a concern about an image or a biographical detail, or would like to request a correction or removal.
Links to Google Forms, social networks, WhatsApp, and photo galleries take you to services with their own privacy notices and controls.
